M for May, M for music! Get ready to have a month full of auditory treats with concerts ranging from classical to pop, and C-pop to K-pop!
  1. Disney in Concert: Live Your Dream


Prepare to be captivated by a magical experience at the concert, where your favourite stories and characters will come to life through musical performances synchronized with original movie clips playing in the background.

Featuring a 46-piece orchestra, embark on a delightful and nostalgic journey as they bring to life a beloved little mermaid who dreams of becoming human, a courageous warrior who seeks to bring honour to her family, sisters who mend a frozen relationship, and much more. There will also be 4 singers from the US who will take you back to the fond memories of each memorable scene.

  1. Raya Sepanjang Zaman

The festivities continue onstage with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra’s Hari Raya Aidilfitri concert sequel after the success of MPO’s Cahaya Aidilfitri in 2022! The MPO performs nostalgic Raya hits with a symphonic touch, combining traditional instruments and folk tunes against a full orchestral backdrop. Join in on this festive season and sing along with your friends and family!

  1. Brahms Violin Concerto

The gloriously epic Brahms violin concerto was written for Joseph Joachim, the leading violinist of his time and his lifelong friend. Featuring Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra Concertmaster Peter Daniš, this masterpiece of the Romantic era soars with lyricism, innate virtuosity, and raw symphonic power. The MPO performs Mozart’s formidable Symphony No. 41, the “Jupiter”, widely recognized as the pinnacle of Mozart’s instrumental writing. Enjoy them under the directions of conductor Stanislav Kochanovsky.

  1. HONNE: Asia Tour


After their 2019 concert, the British electro-R&B pair HONNE, made up of Andy Clutterbug and James Hatcher, are set to perform a single show at ZEPP KL in Malaysia. Their latest album, "Let's Just Say the World Ended a Week from Now, What Would You Do?", was released in 2021, and they contributed to the production of BTS RM's "Closer" the previous year.


Fans can look forward to vibing along to their deeply personal collection of music including "No Song Without You", "free love", and "Warm On A Cold Night".

  1. NCT Dream: The Dream Show 2: In A Dream


A night of your dreams is heading your way!

K-pop’s younger brothers and the essence of adolescence, NCT Dream, will be holding their first ever concert in Malaysia, much to the delight of all noona fans. Affectionately known as “the Dreamies”, the adorable and bubbly septet officially announced a new set of cities and dates for their ongoing world tour The Dream Show 2: In A Dream. NCTzens will be psyched to know that Kuala Lumpur is included as one of the 22 cities for their 2nd World Tour.

  1. Crowd Lu: C’mon Live Concert Tour


Mandopop lovers in Malaysia are in for a treat. Taiwanese indie singer, songwriter, and composer, Crowd Lu 盧廣仲, will be crooning to his Malaysian fans at Plenary Hall KL in May for his C’Mon Live Concert tour. Three years after his last concert in Malaysia, the multi-talented singer will be back again to promote his sixth album Healism that was released in December 2021.

Fans can prepare themselves to be serenaded by many of Lu’s classic hits that tug on heartstrings such as "He-R", "Your Name Engraved Herein", and other songs from his new album Healism.

  1. The Music of Star Wars


Join the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra for a monumental Star Wars Day celebration as they present symphonic highlights from the famed film series. From the very first release in May, 1977 of “A New Hope” to the present day “Mandalorian”, they relive over 4 decades of intergalactic travel and the unforgettable antics of your favourite characters! Featuring the music of John Williams and Ludwig Göransson, conducted by Gerard Salonga.
